Description
Scottie have been producing a tying wax for fly tying for several years, the base wax is natural bees wax, produced by a local beekeeper with a softening agent. The wax is tacky – but not sticky, and aids dubbing and will increase the longevity of your flies.
It is now available in both the original natural colour and new black, with the addition of just enough cobbler wax to produce that lovely olive colour when applied to primrose thread for traditional wets such as the original Greenwells..
