We will expedite orders as promptly as we can and notify you if for any reason an item is not despatched within 72hrs.
All items are covered by our “No Quibble” guarantee:
- if you are not happy with your product just return it within 28days for an immediate refund. Products from our partners Sybai, Grip and Chevron should be returned in their original packaging.
- if a Scottie product is faulty or develops a fault due to poor manufacture or material failure we will replace it within the first year.
- if a vice we supply requires any repair or refurbishment during it’s life time we will carry this out under our refurbishment offer. This is a nominal fee plus P&P and is available in our store. (See vice refurbishment.)
Carriage
We try to use the most reliable, cost effective carrier for our orders. All orders will be despatched using a tracked service so customers can see their orders’ delivery progress.
